Artist's Comments

this is apparently the largest pendulum clock in the world. Situated within a building, its about 6 or 7 stories tall. Powered by a water well at the bottom. this shot turned out much better than i expected. the colours of the clock are featured well against the internal structure and windows of the office building.

I would have loved to get a closer look of the mechanics of this thing... I have an interest in clocks. Well, in clocks that don't tick on normal time and since everyone makes a clock roughly the same size that ticks on our normal time system, most clocks look the same on the inside. It's only really uniquely designed ones, or very large ones that break the mould. Great capture! :D

I'll post the water feature that powers the whole mechanism of the clock. plus one that will show how big it actually is. keep watch, i'll do it in the next couple of days

Nice shot, this. Very imposing, especially with the backdrop of the glass walls seeming to close in on the viewer.

If you believe that, then you truly are.

thanks for the critique. have a look at the other shots of the same clock. it allows you to get a better appreciation of actually how big it is
